Injury updates on stud players that suffered ACL tears in 2015.
Jordy Nelson – Nelson recently declared himself 100%. He should be full-go for training camp and reclaim his status as Aaron Rodgers’ top target this season. He enter his age-31 season fully healthy and primed to be a low-end fantasy WR1. Will Jordy back on the field, Randall Cobb projects to put up the elite numbers he’s previously produced in Green Bay prior to last season.
Kelvin Benjamin – During OTAs, Benjamin has been on the sideline doing individual drills. He is reportedly very out of shape and needs to shed some pounds and get back in NFL form. HC Rivera has stated he expects Benjamin to be full-go for training camp.
Jamaal Charles – Charles is recovering from his second ACL tear going into his age-29 season. Running back have been known to lead a downward spiral at this stage of their careers, but it’s hard to count the generational talent Charles. At the earliest, Charles will participate in camp. He should be good to go come season time and could very well be a value pick because of his injury.
Dion Lewis – Lewis hit the ground running, literally, in 2015. He was a fantasy beast prior to going down with his ACL tear in November. Rehab is reportedly going well and Lewis is expected to miss all of OTAs, with training camp his earliest shot at getting back on the field. Regardless of his offseason work, Lewis is fully expected to be ready come Week 1 and along with Charles could be a value pick because of his injury come draft day.
